Professional signature templates, rendered live

These aren’t pictures of signatures — each one below is the generator’s actual HTML output. What you see is what your recipients get.

A signature that survives real inboxes

  • Tables and inline styles only — the subset Gmail, Outlook (new and classic), Apple Mail, iOS and Android all keep
  • Fourteen layouts, from a quiet one-liner to a full corporate block with labelled rows
  • Social icons tinted to your exact brand colour, hosted for you — plus a text-only mode for image-blocking inboxes
  • Five email-safe font stacks; no web fonts that silently fall back to Times New Roman
  • With a free account: your photo, company logo, QR code, and plain-text and downloadable HTML versions
  • The signature links to your digital business card, so one tap saves your details — and it never goes stale when your job changes

Email signature questions

Is this email signature generator free?
Designing is free with no account. Copying or downloading your finished signature requires a free account, which also includes a digital business card. Nothing on this page requires payment.
Will the signature work in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail?
Yes. Every layout is built from HTML tables with inline styles — the subset that Gmail, both Outlook engines, Apple Mail and the iOS and Android mail apps all render faithfully. There are no web fonts to fall back and no CSS that gets stripped.
How do I add the signature to Gmail?
Copy the signature, then in Gmail open Settings → See all settings → Signature, paste it into the signature box, and click Save changes at the bottom.
How do I add the signature to Outlook?
In new Outlook or Outlook on the web: Settings → Mail → Compose and reply, paste under Email signature. In classic Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures, then paste. If pasting loses the layout, download the HTML file, open it in a browser, select all, and copy from there.
Can I add a photo, logo or QR code?
Yes — with a free account. The full studio adds your photo, company logo, a scannable QR code, social icons tinted to your brand colour, and a link that always points at your up-to-date contact card.
Why does my signature link to a contact card?
The signature includes a link to your idTAG digital business card, so anyone you email can save your details to their phone in one tap — and when your title or number changes, every signature you have ever sent stays correct, because the card updates instead.
